ANY PAYMENTS MADE FROM OVERSEAS TO THE UK VIA BANK TRANSFER, THERE WILL BE A £30 SURCHARGE ADDED DUE TO INTERNATIONAL BANK CHARGES.

WE HAVE VARYING SPECIFICATIONS ON OUR CAMPERS – 2 HAVE MICROWAVES, 2 HAVE OVENS AND 2 HAVE NEITHER. 2 HAVE LEATHER AND 4 HAVE NO LEATHER. 4 HAVE ISOFIX AND 2 HAVE NO ISOFIX. 2 HAVE 5 SEATS, 4 HAVE 4 SEATS – PLEASE ADVISE US AT POINT OF BOOKING IF THERE IS A NAME OF A SPECIFIC VAN YOU WOULD LIKE AND WE CAN ADVISE IF IT IS AVAILABLE, IF IT ISNT YOU WILL BE IN THE VAN ASSIGNED TO YOU AT POINT OF BOOKING.
The £1000 holding damage deposit is taken on the day of collection from the lead drivers debit/credit card. It is not physically taken from the account, it is a pre-authorisation hold on the card. Visa/Mastercard and AMEX are accepted.
Vans CANNOT, under ANY circumstances be driven anywhere other than on a road. This includes (but not limited to) a beach, fields (other than to get to your camping pitch if the site doesn’t have a specified road) or anywhere else that a vehicle is not designed for.
A) The balance of your holiday will be taken by card or by bank transfer.
i) The minimum hire period is 3 days. If travelling into Ireland (Southern and Northern) and mainland Europe it is 7 nights minimum. If you book for less than 7 days and travel to Northern and Southern Ireland or mainland Europe you will be charged for the nights extra up to 7 plus excess mileage for Ireland (Southern and Northern) & Europe as detailed in the terms.
ii) All our campervans are under manufactuers warranty and have breakdown assistance.
iii) If you have any questions whilst you are away the mobile to call 07855 471151, if not urgent, please call 0161 509 7040 during office hours.
iv) All our vans are STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If there has been any smoking YOU WILL FORFEIT THE FULL £1000 HOLDING DEPOSIT WHICH IS TAKEN PRIOR TO DEPARTURE FROM YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.
v) Driving Licence
Due to the paper part of the UK driving license being discontinued we now need to view your driving license information online before you travel. Viewing your information online will allow us to see:
- What vehicles you can drive
- Any penalty points or disqualifications you have
- Your name
vii) When requested (Please do not send the DVLA check at this moment) you will need to send:-
- DVLA Licence Check Code – (You will need your NI number and the last 8 characters of your driving license number) To get your licence check code please visit: www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence
viii) If you fail to provide proofs, driving licence, insurance questionnaire and DVLA code to satisfy our insurance requirements 5 working days prior to travel you will forfeit your booking.
On day of collection :-
1) ALL drivers must bring their driving licence with them for security checks.
2) Booking lead driver must bring their credit/debit card for the £1000 damage holding deposit to be taken. This is fully released when the van is returned in the same condition it left.
viii) If you have an accident and what to do:-
If an accident occurs; please refer to the accident pack (which is in the glove box) immediately and follow the instructions – do not leave the crash site without this being completed in full, nor allow the other vehicles involved to leave without the information that is required on the form. THIS IS ESSENTIAL FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES. If not done you MAY be held liable.
ix) Hire Period
Unlimited mileage is included throughout UK
European and Northern and Southern Ireland Hire is a minimum of 7 nights and includes 1000 miles, which start as soon as you arrive at the country outside of the UK mainland. Excess mileage after that is £0.10 pence ( + Vat) per mile. With Collection (or delivery to your house as per the standard delivery costs as detailed in Question 5 of the FAQ’s) on a Monday or Friday between 9:00am and 12pm with drop off at the end of the trip by 2pm. N.B. If travelling in Europe it is YOUR responsibility to have the correct equipment pertaining to the law of the country(ies) you are travelling through e.g. the correct number of Hi-Vis jackets, Breathalysers etc.
If travelling in Europe it is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL you do your research on what is required when travelling in Southern Ireland and Mainland Europe. You must have a VE103 and we provide that at a cost of £40.00 on top of any charges for the booking.
Fully comprehensive cover includes drivers aged 23 to 75 with 2 years UK/EU/AUS/USA/CAN/NZ/SA licence (subject to terms) (other drivers on referral)

Excesses do apply as per any standard insurance cover – please ask for details
xi) Please note that the vehicle must be returned undamaged with a full tank of diesel, the same as supplied at handover, empty of waste water, and the interior clean and in the same condition as when you took delivery of the vehicle otherwise charges outlined may be applied.
xii) The following additional charges are payable if appropriate:-
a) Should the vehicle be returned after the agreed time as stated on the rental agreement then a late fee of £50 + vat per hour will be charged. From 14:01onwards without exception – we must have the vans prepared ready for the next days hire. (Part hours are charged in full).
b) All parking fines, other fines or penalties, speeding, tolls or any other – without exception will have an associated administration charge of £25 + Vat incurred in relation to the Vehicle during the Hire Period. You will be notified (where possible) the same day we are notified of any penalty.
c) A valeting or upholstery cleaning fee of £60 + vat if the Vehicle is not returned with the interior in a clean condition.
d) Our vans have a full tank of diesel on collection. If not returned full then the cost of refilling the Diesel tanks to full is charged at £5 per litre plus a £20 filling charge.
e) The cost of any damage to the Vehicle or third-party property, subject to the insurance. The £1000 holding deposit will not be refunded and used for the insurance excess.
f) Any costs incurred by Vdubline Limited because of any breach by the hirer of the terms of this agreement.
g) Business Interruption; the daily rental rate for the period the Vehicle is off fleet; for example, for accident repairs.
h) Any additional costs over and above the security deposit value, should damages exceed the security deposit value. Including any parts that are missing from the inventory form.
i) The cost to recover a Vehicle.
j) In the case of gross negligence Vdubline Limited reserves the right to recover full costs in order to return the vehicle to the state in which it was handed over.
